Arana Therapeutics Limited, (AIM: AAHx ASX: AAH) (the “Company”), the Australian biopharmaceutical company that uses superior technology to develop next generation drugs that will improve the lives of patients with inflammatory diseases and cancer has identified on 21 April 2008 that Rockwell Securities Limited has increased its direct holding from 21,424,039 ordinary shares of the Company (9.11% of the issued share capital of the Company) held as at 25 March 2008 to 23,582,413 ordinary shares of the Company (10.03% of the issued share capital) as at 18 April 2008.

On 10 April 2008, Lim Sen Yap advised the Australian Securities Exchange (www.asx.com.au) (ASX) that himself and his associates (as defined under the Corporations Act 2001 (Australia)) held a total of 27,378,853 ordinary shares in the Company (11.65% of the issued share capital of the Company) as at 4 April 2008. That notice disclosed Rockwell Securities Limited as the registered holder of 22,550,556 ordinary shares in the Company.
